Online Art Classes

I have taught so many art classes over the last few years that I know exactly how to help complete beginners to learn to paint.  I've found the problem areas and where people get stuck and so my Online Watercolour Tutorials are perfect for those wanting to learn at home

Just choose the painting you love the most and, once you purchase the tutorial, you will receive links to everything you need to create that painting....

You'll get everything, from material and equipment advice, info on how to put the image down on paper and then paint with me from your first brushstroke to the last details.

Work at your own pace, pause the videos and choose when you want to paint!

Any Questions?

  • When can I start?
You can start your tutorial straight away! As soon as you purchase a tutorial, you will receive access to all the videos and information you need. You can start immediately, or if you need some equipment, add them to your shopping list and as soon as they arrive, you can start then!

  • What equipment do I need to get started ?
For the Watercolour classes, you will need a couple of different sized brushes, some watercolour paints (don't spend too much on these.. student grade will do just fine).  You will also need some watercolour paper, this is important as normal paper doesn't work with watercolours.  I use 300gsm Aquafine Paper, but any watercolour paper will do. You will also need some water and some kitchen roll too.  You can use a dining plate for a mixing pallet as these clean off so easily! No washing up...

  • Do I have to submit my work?  Of course you don't have to submit any of your work, just enjoy the tutorial, whether you're painting with me or just watching for now. If you would like, you are more than welcome to send me your work for advice along the way. Don't worry, I will never be horrible about your work. What I will do is give you areas of improvement that you could work on, so we can make your paintings so much better, and take them to the next level... but the first thing to do is to start....
