Shipping and Return Policy

ONLINE ART TUTORIALS

Once payment has been made in full you will receive a file containing all the links you need to do the course.  Refunds will not be made for these products as these can be viewed and saved immediately and your access cannot be denied from the moment of purchase.

PHYSICAL DESPATCH OF PRODUCT

 

When orders are of pre-produced art through my website I will do my best to despatch your order within three working days.  At particularly busy times or during my holidays it may take up to 10-14 working days to despatch your order.  Commission timescales will be discussed when booking and you will be kept informed as the process evolves

DELIVERY

 

I will email you as your goods are despatched to advise you of the tracking details where appropriate. Please refer to these tracking details in the first instance if you haven't received your order.

Please be aware that when your package is delivered you MUST advise the postman or courier of any damage to the packaging before signing to accept receipt. Without this we are unable to submit a claim for damaged items.

Please note that any damage or issues must be reported within five working days of days of receipt. 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS OF PHYSICAL ARTWORK AND ITEMS

 

In accordance with UK legislation, you are entitled to return your order for a full refund (excluding delivery charges)

You must inform me within fourteen days of receiving your order that you would like a refund.  Items must be returned to me within fourteen days of this at your own cost. 

Please note -

Goods must be returned ‘as sold’ sealed in the original packaging

Goods must be unused and must arrive back with me in 'AS NEW' and UNDAMAGED condition. If you have opened a package to examine the product it must have been done without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way

I recommend returning items by recorded delivery, as refunds cannot be made where items are lost in the post.

I will acknowledge your return upon receipt and I will refund the cost of the goods returned within fourteen days.

 

COMMISSION WORK

This is where the product has been made for you personally, e.g. a commissioned artwork or a pet portrait.

For these you will receive an email of your painting prior to despatch, and at this point payment is required in full prior to despatch. Once payment is received for commissions, unfortunately I am unable to offer a refund as your painting cannot be sold elsewhere.

Every effort is made to ensure that images and sizes displayed on our website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match to the product as displayed on your screen.  All product information and technical specifications contained on this website are for guidance only, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions. 

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights
